How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?
It usually takes about 2-5 business days after payment. For virtual products, download permission is instant once we update your order to complete after your payment.
Can I customize the color for the products I buy?
Yes, to customize the product’s color, select “Other Color” when adding the item to your cart. Then, provide the Other Color’s RGB code in the Order Note section on the Checkout page before you click the Place Order button.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, we accept offline payment. Our bank information will be shown on the Order Details page once you have checked out the order.
Can I pay online with my card?
